Bollywood prays for Sanju Baba, expecting mercy plea, justice




Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt has been sentenced five years jail term and Bollywood shocked with this court verdict. Celebrities took to twitter to express their thought on this tragic report. Sanjay is everyone favorite and this decision of the court has shocked his Bollywood friends and close ones.
Here’s what the celebrities tweet:-
Director Mahesh Bhatt wrote: "Heart Broken: Just heard that Sanjay Dutt has to go to jail for 5 years. I expected mercy! Alas it did not happen."
"We were hoping against hope that there would be light at the end of the tunnel, that it would be a happy ending. I do not know of the legal path forward now. While talking to Sanjay Dutt yesterday night I could sense that he was going through an anxious time," Bhatt said.
"It is a blow to us, all those close to Sanjay Dutt," he said.
Meanwhile, director Kunal Kohli said "justice has not been done."
"Question is, what about the real culprits behind the blasts? All of us shattered. It's a very sad day. But what about the real operators, the real people behind the blast," he said.
"It took 20 years for the Supreme Court to say that Pakistan and the ISI were behind it. Can we see real justice being served," Kohli said.
Director Vishal Dadlani wrote: "I am not contesting/denying the law, but it breaks my heart that @duttsanjay 's to face this.He has done so much, so selflessly for so many!"
Jewellery designer Farah Ali Khan tweeted: "Sanjay Dutt is a very good Man who doesn't deserve this sentence. God give him the strength. Prayers and more with his family."

Actor and director Kamaal R Khan: Sanjay Dutt got 5 yrs jail means he has to be in jail for almost 3 Yrs more. It's really bad news 4 Dutt family. My sympathy with the family.
Filmmaker Karan Johar tweeted: "I am truly shattered to hear of Sanju's sentence. The nicest guy I have known just doesnt deserve this. My heart goes out to him."
Actress-turned-politician Jaya Prada: "This is very unfortunate, Sanjay Dutt is innocent."
The actor was found guilty of 1993 Mumbai serial blast. He was accused of possessing a 9mm pistol and an AK-56 rifle in November 2006. Since Sanjay has served jail for 18 months before so he will have now to serve jail term for three years and six months.
