Priya Anand is proud of her B-town journey

Actress Priya Anand is proud of the way her career is shaping up in Bollywood, despite the fact that she has no filmy connections.

Last seen in "English Vinglish" in a supporting role, she now has a part to play in Priyadarshan's "Rangrezz".

"It makes me feel very proud because when I came to India from the US, I didn't know anybody, I didn't know anything about the way the industry works. So, to think that I have worked in three different languages, it's a big achievement for me," the 26-year-old said here Tuesday at a photo shoot.

Priya has worked in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi films.

The actress has recently finished shooting another film titled "Fukrey", and she said: "I am really glad that I got to be a part of 'Fukrey'. I learnt the most on this film. It was my tenth film, but I think the most learning film ever. I felt like a newcomer working on this film and I loved the whole experience."

Directed by Mrighdeep Singh Lamba, "Fukrey" is a comedy, which also stars Pulkit Samrat, Manjot Singh, Ali Fazal, Richa Chadda and Vishakha Singh.
