From gown to saree to
skirt, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan strictly stuck to black for all three
appearances at Cannes 2013, sincerely hoping that it will help her look
slim and it indeed help! For the actress looked way slimmer than her
last appearance in Cannes Film Festival 2012.
Though it was evident that Aishwarya will still have to work a lot
to get back in shape but the actress nonetheless showed signs of
progress as far as her weight loss regime was concerned.
For her first appearance at Cannes which was for the interview for
L'Oreal she wore a black skirt and white shirt. Later, for the screening
of the film 'Inside Llewyn Davis' the actress arrived in a black gown
and then again for the screening of 'Bombay Talkies' and celebration of
100 years of Indian cinema, the actress appeared at the do in a stunning
black saree.
Of late Aishwarya who is working hard to get back in shape has
developed a fancy for the colour black which obviously helps her to hide
those extra kilos. Even at the Nice airport when she arrived in Cannes
she wore black.
