News is doing all the rounds that Bollywood actress Chitrangada Singh who has delivered power-packed performance in movies like ‘Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi', 'Desi Boyz', and 'Inkaar', has reportedly filed for divorce from golfer husband Jyoti Randhawa at Gurgaon family court on Friday. They have been married for the past 12 years and also have a son, Zorawar.
The couple is trying their level best to keep their divorce a private affair. The duo has reportedly hired lawyers from Delhi. The divorce is taking place on mutual consent and there was no any objection from any sides. Both are co-operating and trying that the matter settles soon before media makes it a national news.
The couple arrived at court with their respective lawyers, police personal and close relatives. The case was heard by Baljit Singh, District Judge of family court in Gurgaon. According to the legal procedure, court has asked the couple to reconsider their decision and the next hearing has been fixed on November 11. It is not yet known who will get the custody of their son.
For quite sometime, disturbance in their paradise was doing the rounds but both Chitrangada Singh and Jyoti Randhawa maintained silence on the matter.
Both Chitrangada and Jyoti Randhawa have a good name in their profession. Jyoti Singh Randhawa is a leading golfer of India who was ranked in the top 100 of the Official World Golf Ranking several times between 2004 and 2009 while Chitrangada is a famous Bollywood actress who debuted in 2003 with ‘Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi
