Chitrangada Singh rubbishes divorce from golfer husband

Chitrangada Singh and golfer husband Jyoti Randhawa’s divorce report has created lot of buzz very recently but the actress clarified the report saying that she and her husband are very much together and they are not moving apart and the divorce report is totally baseless. She added that she and Jyoti Randhawa went to Gurgaon court to settle some property dispute.

On Saturday, media is buzz with Chitragada and Jyoti’s divorce news. It was surfaced that the actress is all set to end 12 years of marriage with Jyoti Randhawa. They reason of the separation is said to be irreconcilable differences between the couple. Report suggested that the actress was facing tough time in meeting her film commitments in Mumbai and at the same time looking after her five year-old son, Zorawar. She and her husband was heard to have hired lawyers from Delhi to settle the issue. The next hearing has been fixed on November 11 and court has asked the couple to reconsider the decision in the time given. They were accompanied to Gurgaon family court by police officials, their respective lawyers and close relatives.
When contacted, Chitrangada rubbished divorce report.
"It is not true. We were at the court for the property dispute, an internal settlement. And there were speculations because of that," Chitrangada told.
The couple tied the knot in 2001. Chitrangada Singh debut in Bollywood with Hazaaron Khwaishen Aisi in 2003. She took a break from work from 2005 to 2008 and returned with Sanjay Suri in director Onir's romantic-comedy, Sorry Bhai.
Chitrangada starred in Desi Boyz opposite Akshay Kumar in 2011 and seen in an item number in Shirish Kunder's Joker last year.
