First Look: Aishwarya with daughter Aaradhya at Cannes

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan takes time off for daughter Aaradhya at the Cannes film festival. Though Ash is busy giving interviews, red carpet appearances, press meet; she makes sure that she is around her daughter when she needs her.  

She was clicked with her 18 months daughter Aaradhya when woke up from her nap in the middle of her shoot. No matter how much busy Aishwarya be, she doesn't forget to attend her daughter. Looking perfect in a black Zach Posen mermaid cut skirt worn with Saint Laurent shirt and Armani belt, she told reporters that her daughter is taking a nap when they asked her about Aaradhya. When Aaradhya woke up, she quickly attended her.
The mom and daughter were spotted having a great time at their hotel's balcony on Sunday afternoon. This is Aishwarya’s second visit to the Cannes film festival with her toddler, last year when Aaradhya accompanied her, she was only five months. On May 18, Aishwarya landed in France with her daughter and mother Vrinda Rai.
Aishwarya who is always looked upon for her style and statement stuns the Cannes audience yet again. She rocked as she walked the red carpet in Sabyasachi Mukherjee’s creation and Elie Saab gown. She is gradually getting back into shape and she looked slim and stylish. As she walked the red carpet in Elie Saab, she kept her hair open and make-up minimal.
Speaking to media, Aishwarya talked about Aaradhya and her comeback plans. She said that she has started reading scripts and also gave her nods to few ideas.
It has been Ash's 12th year at the prestigious Cannes film festival. She first walked the Cannes red carpet in 2002 for her movie 'Devdas'. Since then she has been regular at the festival for her long standing association with cosmetic brand L'Oreal Paris. This year Amitabh Bachchan also graced the event for his Hollywood debut, 'The Great Gatsby'. The 66th Cannes film festival celebrates 100 years of Indian cinema and also walked the red carpet are Bollywood beauties like Sonam Kapoor Vidya Balan, Freida Pinto and Mallika Sherawat.
