On May 10th, the cast and crew of ‘Raanjhanaa’ plan to unveil its first look on a larger-than-life scale at the film city.
Recreating Beneras at the infamous location, the makers wish to thrill spectators in a truly traditional and rustic setting.
“‘Raanjhanaa’ is a film that people with spirit will relate to. Our
idea behind having a lallan-top-type function was to engage the
audience in a pure local Beneras experience. They are in for a huge
surprise and one of the desi entry of all time,” says Aanand Rai.
To which Krishika Lullal adds, “For ‘Raanjhanaa's’ first press
event we wanted the audience to return with a very real flavor of the
film. We wanted to do something that represented the essence of the film
and its setting hence the idea of having an event in true Benerasi
style.”
Lead actors Dhanush and Sonam Kapoor will be seen entering on a rathh which is going to add to the grandeur of the event.
