Ranbir Kapoor desperate to kiss Madhuri Dixit

Bollywood bad boy Ranbir Kapoor
Ranbir Kapoor is known to be the heartthrob of millions. But it seems that the hero himself is not free from hero worship and his idol is none other than the dhak dhak girl Madhuri Dixit who had starred in a number of films opposite his father Rishi Kapoor. When Madhuri was roped in for an item song in Yeh Jawani Hai Diwani, Ranbir was trhrilled because now he would actually get the chance to perform with his childhood idol. Ranbir has proved himself as a dancer in his songs Bachna ae haseeno and Main teri dhadkan tera. He had also visited the sets of Jhalak Dikhlaa Ja during the promotion of his film Barfi and danced a jig with Madhuri, but he confessed to being nervous in dancing with his idol.
But the real bombshell was still to come. It seems that Ranbir was not willing to settle for only dancing with his idol. He bribed director and childhood friend Ayan Mukherjee to let him kiss Mrs. Nene on the cheek. Ranbir confessed this in a promotional event for the film and said, "She (Madhuri) was my first love and my heart broke when she got married. I was happy when I got the opportunity to dance with her and see her."
Madhuri will be appearing in the song Ghaghra with Ranbir in Yeh jawani hai diwani. It is choreographed by Farah Khan and is the first true item song that the dancing diva has performed. The dance promises to generate as much craziness as did her Ek do teen in Tezaab.
Asked about his experience about working with Madhuri, Ranbir said, "She is sincere, passionate and talented. It was great working with her. She is wonderful."
Yeh jawani hai diwani is already provoking a lot of curiosity and not only because Madhuri will be performing an item number with Ranbir. This film is also the one where Ranbir and his ex girlfriend Deepika Padukone will be seen to be sharing screen space after Bachna Ae Hasino. Their chemistry is quite intense as seen from the trailers. This is a romantic film by Karan Johar. Asked about his experience of working with his ex girlfriend, Ranbir said, "There was no baggage. We have remained friends and both of us just loved our parts in this film. It is great to see her growth as an actor and I look forward to working with her again."
