Producer Siddharth Jain has acquired a reputation for
out-of-the-box movies with wacky titles- ‘Bloody Veer’, ‘Disco
Valley’(Subtitled ‘Sex Drugs Aur Chutiyaapa’), ‘Doll Tewari’, ‘Jaa
Chudail Jaa’, ‘Kinky Aur Pinky’, ‘Bollywood Striptease’, ‘Size Zero’ and
‘The B-Grade Movie’ are some of Jain’s forthcoming films.
Now Jain’s I Rock Films is all set to out-do itself in the field of
wacky titles and themes. Their new film is entitled
‘Saxxxkidukaan.com’.
Yup, you heard right. The film is about a sex-toy shop in the heart
of a newly-developed industrial city like Gurgaon in Haryana.And the
toys, holds your breath, would be the real stuff imported from
Scandinavian countries sex toys are a craze.
Says Jain, “There is a virtual explosion of sex-related activities
and merchandise in the neo-affluent sections of society. My film is
about a shop selling sex toys.”
Eventually Jain intends to introduce sex toys stores in India.
“There is nothing to be embarrassed or about in sex toys. In fact I
am confident that their use would lessen the ration of sex crimes
against women.”
And Jain intends to make the store as well-stacked as possible. The
temptations in the sex-toy shop would all be imported from countries
such as Sweden and Mexico where sex-related merchandise is booming
business.
Says Jain,“Our society is still new to the concept of sex toys. I could easily fake it. But I want authentic toys for the film.”
‘Saxxxkidukaan. Com’ would be directed by Paran Bawa who has
assisted Rakesh Omprakash Mehra in ‘Rang De Basanti’, Sanjay Gupta in
‘Dus Kahaaniyan’ and Dev Benegal in ‘Road Movie’.
