When Alia Bhatt led a nomad's life in Kashmir

When Alia Bhatt led a nomad's life in Kashmir

Of late Alia has been on the road literally for the shooting of her film 'Highway.' Recently she was in Aru valley in Kashmir shooting for the Imtiaz Ali flick at the picturesque locale. The shoot needed a lot of trekking besides roaming around in the hills.
Highway is a road movie that will see Alia share screen space with Randeep Hooda. The film has been extensively shot across five other states besides Kashmir. The Kashmir leg of shooting is in fact the last stint for the unit. Imtiaz has already wrapped up important portions in Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan and Himachal Pradesh.
"This has been a very different Kashmir for us. We walked with Bakarwals (nomadic shepherds) right up to the high slopes and scaled the streams of the upper Himalayas while shooting," said Imtiaz.
Here is a sneak peek at behind-the-scenes of Alia Bhatt's Highway.
