Jiah Khan sound disturbed
and depressed when she last called Suraj Pancholi. Suraj Pancholi was
like man friday for actress Nafisa Khan. Apart from being a close
friend, Suraj also guided her in her professional life.
Jiah had called Suraj thrice @10.15pm Monday night, but as per Vishrao Nagre Patil the Additional Commissioner of Mumbai Police, Jiah spoke to Suraj between 10.53 pm and 11.22 pm - which was her last call.
Jiah is learnt to have told Suraj that she was depressed as the South film industry too had rejected her in an audition she gave in Hyderabad a few days ago.
As per preliminary questioning, Jiah is learnt to have told Suraj that she was a failure and planned to quit the industry. Also, she was spending sleepless nights and wanted Suraj to be besides her, while Suraj, who had developed distance with Jiah by this time, is said to have counselled her not to take things negatively.
"The watchman also discovered that Jiah had thrown out a bouquet outside her balcony which is one of the new developments being probed," added Nagre Patil.
