After taking a long break from Aap Ki Khatir (2006), The sultan of romantic films Dharmesh Darshan bounces back.
And this time he is about to re-create the magic with Dhadkan 2, Which takes forward the franchise of 2000's cult hit Dhadkan starring Akshay Kumar, Shilpa Shetty and Suneil Shetty. To highlight it more, Dhadkan was the same film that gave Akshay Kumar a new image make-over which was appreciated by Audience and Critics as well.
The Film maker made an official announcement on his social networking profile where he wrote "Yes! I am, After a short gap of few years doing my follow up film to Dhadkan which is titled Dhadkan 2 - The Heart Beats Once Again".
So far the film is on it's final touch-up stages to the script, But the producers are once again Venus Records and Tapes. When contacted, Dharmesh Darshan said "Humbled and honoured is how i feel and i promise i will give dhadkan 2 as much or more than i gave Dhadkan itself.
I am a sincere director and believe in my sincerity and god. Yes to follow-up what is considered a classic is challenging."
The star cast of Dhadkan 2 is yet to be decided as the iconic film maker is busy finalizing the content first. We hope and wish Dhadkan 2 turns out another cult classic for the youth generation and goes on to become another blockbuster.
