Vidya Balan continues to stick to her schoolmarmish look on the red carpet at Cannes
Those multilayered string of pearls only adds to the severity of it all. The only thing missing are a couple of books in her hands which would remind us of our school days and the headmistress.
Also, it looks like her hairstylist has not yet arrived.
