It was not very long when thick friends Shahrukh Khan and filmmaker Karan Johar mended their differences and turned friends again but unfortunately, things went wrong between them yet again. It all started when Shahrukh Khan did not let Deepika Padukone to fly to London to promote Dharma Productions ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’.
Deepika Padukone was to promote ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’ with Ranbir Kapoor in London but Shahrukh Khan forcibly cancel Deepika’s trip as and did not let her to promote the movie aboard. Shahrukh Khan and Deepika Padukone was shooting for Rohit Shetty’s movie ‘Chennai Express’ and SRK did not gave the ‘Cocktail’ actress break from work for two days to promote the film.
According to an insider source, Shahrukh Khan and Rohit Shetty are in a hurry to complete the shooting as early as possible because they have planned to release the film during Eid in August and did not let Deepika move out of the country.
Karan was desperate to promote his film worldwide but his plan shelved due to unavailability of the actress. Ranbir too cancel the trip as his co-star can’t come along with him. He is not keen to promote the film alone.
Film industry would envy Karan and Shahrukh’s friendship at one point of time. Their friendship was an example for all but time and again their bonding was tested by time and situation and they failed to prove that good or bad situation that they together.
If things go this way then it is quite possible that SRK and Karan would part ways for life time.
Karan Johar and Shahrukh Khan have delivered many hot movies in the past and we wish both of them bury the hatchet and reconcile.
