Ranbir Kapoor undergoes chest surgery

The latest heartthrob of Bollywood Ranbir Kapoor

Ranbir Kapoor underwent chest surgery few days back. He got his cyst removed from his chest. He was admitted to the hospital for few hours and was discharged few hours after the operation. The surgery took place on May 12.

The operation did not stop the actor from promoting his new release, ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’. He went all round to promote his movie with his co-star Deepika Padukone with bandage around his chest. The actor without wasting anytime after the surgery went out to promote his film. Ranbir is a thorough professional and he did not let his surgery to come in the way of his work.
Ranbir’s health woes do not end here. The actor is also suffering from back injury these days.  Ranbir hurt his back during his training session. He is undergoing rigorous training for his next release ‘Besharam’ in which he is playing a street fighter and during the training session, he hurt his back.
“Ranbir is also nursing a back injury these days. Ranbir was working till late evening on the previous day and was on leave only for a day. Post the surgery, he has also been doing city tours and visiting show sets to promote his film. It was a minor operation and the actor is now fit and fine to resume his work,” a source said.

Though the actor is in pain due to the minor chest surgery, Ranbir shoots late night and tours around many cities to promote his movie.
This is not the first time the hunk went under the knife, he underwent a minor surgery during the shooting of Anurag Basu’s ‘Barfi!’.
