An FIR has been lodged on Wednesday in Versova Police Station against actor Aditya Pancholi who allegedly assaulted his neighbor Bhargav Patel. The actor has not been arrested yet.
Aditya Pancholi and Bhargav Patel stay in the same society on Yari Road. Bhargav Patel stays on the ground floor. He is a 55 years old businessman and is also a trustee with an educational institutions group.
On June19, the actor was coming back home late night. After reaching home he could not find a parking area for his car. He found Patel’s car ahead of his car, taking a long time. He got furious and he had an argument with Patel. He then punched Patel. According to Patel, Aditya was drunk at that time. Patel has CCTV footage to prove his allegation. It was only after police saw the footage that his complaint was entertained at the police station.
Well this is not the first time that Aditya has hit his neighbor. In January this year also, Aditya had assaulted Patel. Patel was getting his flat renovated. Aditya was getting disturbed by the constant noises coming from the neighbor’s house. He entered his neighbor’s house along with few other men and assaulted him. They dragged him out of his house and punched him. When Patel’s wife tried to intervene, the men also abused her.
“On January 15, Pancholi showed up at Patel's doorstep with a few men, dragged Patel out and punched him”, said an IPS officer.
That time also Patel had submitted an application for FIR in the police station, but no case was registered against Aditya.
Aditya has been charged with section 452 (trespassing) and section 323 (voluntarily causing hurt) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
Even from Bollywood there are people who have distanced themselves from Aditya Pancholi because of his improper behavior. The latest in the list is Kangana Ranaut, who was a very good friend of Aditya and it was also known that they had a live-in relationship. Aditya introduced Kangana to Bollywood and she considered him as her mentor. But during the launch of her latest movie, she made it clear that she was no more friends with Aditya. Kangana said, “We don’t have any equation anymore. There was a time when I knew him (Aditya) well. We used to talk but not anymore.”
Aditya was already embroiled due to his son’s arrest in connection to Jiah’s suicide case and now he faces a fresh allegation.
