Following Shah Rukh Khan's footsteps Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan too initiated steps to acquire a Dubai home while they were waiting the release of Sarkar Raj. Now, the news is that Aishwarya and Abhishek Bachchan's Dubai home will be ready by September.
The two had even attended the Residents Party in the 7-star Burj Al Arab hotel as new owners of a villa in the Sanctuary Falls development and introduced to future neighbours by the property's developers, Shaikh Holdings some time back.

The project in which Bachchans have invested, Sanctuary Falls, has 96 distinctly styled resort homes with traditional, modern and contemporary architecture. In 2007, the five- and six-bedroom villas, ranging from 5,600 to 10,600 square feet, were priced in the range of Dirham 9.5 million to Dirham 23 million.

According to the developer, each of the homes come fitted with a Scavolini designer Kitchen outfitted with Miele appliances. Nolte wardrobes and feature sanitary ware by Villeroy & Boch.

The family lounge comes equipped with Bang & Olufsen Home entertainment system, while the rest of the house comes equipped with an advanced home automation system by Archimedia and a dedicated concierge service by Quintessentially.

Shah Rukh Khan recently had a blast over New Year with family and friends, in his Palm Villa in Dubai, UAE. He had received this villa in Dubai, as a gift from a Dubai-based company during assessment year 2008-09 for promoting a real estate project.

While the trunk has open access to residents and visitors alike, the fronds are securely guarded.Driving down the nearly empty streets, the villas looming on either side are large and imposing. At the tail end of the road lies Villa K-93. At first glance, Khan's 7,000 square foot whitewashed villa is palatial, yet rustic and rural with tiled rooftops.
