Following Shah Rukh
Khan's footsteps Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan too
initiated steps to acquire a Dubai home while they were waiting the
release of Sarkar Raj. Now, the news is that Aishwarya and Abhishek
Bachchan's Dubai home will be ready by September.
The two had even attended the Residents Party in the 7-star Burj Al
Arab hotel as new owners of a villa in the Sanctuary Falls development
and introduced to future neighbours by the property's developers, Shaikh
Holdings some time back.
Here is a look at the majestic Dubai homes of Bollywood's top notch actors.
The project in which
Bachchans have invested, Sanctuary Falls, has 96 distinctly styled
resort homes with traditional, modern and contemporary architecture. In
2007, the five- and six-bedroom villas, ranging from 5,600 to 10,600
square feet, were priced in the range of Dirham 9.5 million to Dirham 23
million.
According to the
developer, each of the homes come fitted with a Scavolini designer
Kitchen outfitted with Miele appliances. Nolte wardrobes and feature
sanitary ware by Villeroy & Boch.
The family lounge comes
equipped with Bang & Olufsen Home entertainment system, while the
rest of the house comes equipped with an advanced home automation system
by Archimedia and a dedicated concierge service by Quintessentially.
Shah Rukh Khan recently
had a blast over New Year with family and friends, in his Palm Villa in
Dubai, UAE. He had received this villa in Dubai, as a gift from a
Dubai-based company during assessment year 2008-09 for promoting a real
estate project.
While the trunk has open
access to residents and visitors alike, the fronds are securely
guarded.Driving down the nearly empty streets, the villas looming on
either side are large and imposing. At the tail end of the road lies
Villa K-93. At first glance, Khan's 7,000 square foot whitewashed villa
is palatial, yet rustic and rural with tiled rooftops.
