Now the Bachchans’ television production wing is back in business. We gather from a very reliable source that Jayaji who is currently attending to her seriously ill samdhan(daughter Shweta’s mother-in-law) is soon planning to get into supervising the Bachchan’s production house’s television production in a very serious way.
Says a source close to the Bachchans, “Jayaji feels very strongly about the quality of television entertainment . Rather than just complain about it she has decided to produce the kind of home-viewing entertainment she believes in. Even the television soap that was announced earlier this week which Big B would feature in as an actor won’t be a run-of-the-mill home-viewing entertainer. It would be something that has not been attempted on Indian television so far.”
Mr. Bachchan when contacted admitted that his production house is all set to resume with a soap .
“Anurag Kashyap does the creative work while Endemol and Saraswati Productions would produce it,” informs Big B.
