A movie's shooting in old Delhi gave veteran actor Anupam Kher the chance to gorge on local delights like Mughlai food and jalebi.
"Night shoot in Old Delhi means having to deal with amazing Mughlai food, jalebi, kulfi faluda and raat ki rani ki khushboo (fragrance of jasmine). Wah Purani Dilli," tweeted Anupam.
The actor is shooting in the capital for Sanjeev Sharma's "Saat Uchakkey", which is being produced by filmmaker Neeraj Pandey's banner Friday Film Works.
Manoj Bajpayee was also present for the movie's shooting, and he says he had a great time.
"(Anupam Kher is) One hell of a gem! Got him the best Mughlai food and he felt sleepy after having all of it," tweeted Manoj.
There's another actor missing the different culinary and thirst-quenching flavours that Delhi offers.
Sandhya Mridul tweeted: "Janpath Depaul's, Lajpat Nagar's Lassi, Chanakya Nirula's, Defence Colony's Moet's, South Extension Chaat, Prince Masala Banta, Pandara's Gulati... Remembering My Delhi."
