It is hard, to compare the talent of these gifted women, but both of them with their hard work and determination have achieved beautifully sculpted and slender frames.
Here’s a sneak peek into the fitness secrets of Deepika Padukone and Katrina Kaif.
Not a big fan of the gym,
Deepika prefers dancing and stretching. Amongst the fittest in the

carbs and proteins.
As for the 28-year-old
curvaceous ‘chikni chameli’, her super fit and toned body is a product
of gymming and yoga. Katrina is very particular about her looks for the
different roles she plays and apparently not very fond of makeup.
Deepika gets up at 6 in
the morning to perform yoga and hand-free exercises in her garden. She
gives all the credit of her flexible body to the days when she used to
get up early to play badminton.
Katrina goes to the gym 3 days a week. Her secrets include gymming, swimming, jogging, yoga and meditation.
Deepika doesn’t visit the
gym often instead prefers dancing. She does pilates and lifts light

Katrina Kaif starts her day with 4 glasses of water. For breakfast she has, brown bread, peanut butter and egg whites.
As for her diet, Deepika
has admitted that she loves food especially if it is south Indian. When
she eats Dosa, she removes the potato filling or replaces coconut
chutney with green chutney.
Her lunch is made up of brown rice, grilled fish and green salad.
For breakfast Deepika
eats two egg whites and low fat milk. Her lunch includes grilled fish or
