In ‘Ishqiya’, Vidya Balan got intimate with Arshad Warsi and now in the sequel ‘Dedh Ishqiya’, Madhuri Dixit shot an intimate love-making scene with Naseeruddin Shah. The scene has been shot aesthetically and the director Abhishek Choubey said that the steamy scene is the requirement of the script.
Speaking about the intimate scene between Madhuri and Naseer, Abhishek said, "It is not easy to shoot intimate scenes. Actors have to trust my vision. And I had to make sure I didn't let her and the other actors down," director Abhishek Choubey said in a statement here.
The sequel also has Huma Qureshi as another lead actress and there is also an intimate scene between Huma and Arshad Warsi. ‘Dedh Ishqiya’ will be totally different from the original in which Madhuri Dixit will portray the strong role of Begum Para. In the sequel, Naseeruddin Shah and Arshad Warsi will reprise their roles.
The film is being produced by Vishal and co-produced by Shemaroo productions. The shooting of the film is going in full-fledged and the movie is likely to release next year.
Madhuri has returned to acting after a hiatus and apart from 'Dedh Ishqiya', she will also be seen in 'Gulab Gang' is a pivotal role. Madhuri is equally spreading her jalwa in small screen. She returned as a judge on celebrity dance show, 'Jhalak Dikhla Jaa 6'
