Shabana Azmi to receive her her fouth doctorate all the way from Vancouver

She is the most academically qualified actress in India by far. Shabana Azmi’s cerebral image on screen seems to have spilt over to her real life.She is all set to receive another doctorate,this time from the Simon Fraser University in Vancouver on 12th June.
This would be Shabana’s fourth honorary degree. Earlier she has received the same honour from Leeds University in the UK, the Jama Millia Islamia University and the Jadhavpur University.
Says the actress, “, “It’s good to be honored in a domain away from my home ground. For the academic world to acknowledge my contribution is gratifying.Yes, this is my fourth doctorate!”
