Sooraj Pancholi’s bail plea to be heard today

Sooraj Pancholi , son of veteran actor Aditya pancholi and Zarina Wahab bail plea to be heard today. Sooraj was arrested in Jiah Khan’s suicide case. The plea will be heard in Mumbai court today. On June 14^th, the court adjourned the bail plea of Sooraj.

During investigation, police has discovered some letter written by Jiah to Sooraj and they have also traced that Sooraj has deleted some text messages which was sent by Jiah. To probe all the fact, police said the court that they require some time to probe the fact and hence Sooraj’s bail plea was adjourned on June 13^th.
Public Prosecutor, A.K.Pacharne said, “There were a few vital grounds on which we sought an extension of police custody. The police wanted to interrogate Suraj in connection with the letter which allegedly stated that Jiah Khan was raped and tortured by him. Also, there were a number of messages which were exchanged between Jiah and Suraj on WhatsApp as well as Facebook, which Suraj allegedly has deleted. Hence, the police wanted to unearth those messages.”
22-year-old Sooraj Pancholi was arrested in Jiah Khan’s suicide case on June 10. Sooraj was arrested after Jiah Khan committed suicide on June 3^rd at her Juhu residence when her mother and sisters were away. Jiah and Sooraj were in a live-in relationship and she was even pregnant with his child. That Jiah Khan aborted her child has been confirmed by police. Jiah’s mother Rabiya Khan lodged a complaint against Sooraj, she charged him of abetting her daughter to take this extreme step.
According to her, Jiah Khan was disturbed as Sooraj drifted apart from her. He promised to live together and marry her but later he left her alone. A six page suicide note was discovered from Jiah’s room and few letters were also found from Sooraj’s room. The letters were sent to handwriting expert.
Jiah was also upset as her career was not going great guns. She was out of work for three years. She debuted with Ramgopal Varma’s Nishabd’ opposite Amitabh Bachchan and worked in Aamir Khan starrer ‘Ghajini’ and Sajid Khan’s ‘Housefull’.
Bollywood was shocked to hear the sudden demise of the actress. It will be decided whether Sooraj will get relief or he will have to spend some more in jail.
