Extremely slanting,
consistent, running hand alphabets in Jiah Khan's love letter are pitted
against upright, inconsistent alphabets in her suicide note. Both hand
writings, by all means don't resemble at all, making Jiah Khan's suicide
case even more complicated than what it appears at the moment.
Jiah had allegedly left a six-page suicide note ahead of her
suicide which was found by her mother Rabiya Khan after Jiah Khan's
funeral which was 2 day's after her demise. The five love letters by
Jiah Khan were later retrieved from Suraj Pancholi's residence after
Suraj was arrested by the Police on charges of abetting Jiah Khan's
suicide.
In her love letters Jiah Khan has called Suraj Pancholi the most
beautiful human being and her saviour and in her suicide not she has
accused him of raping, torturing her.
Such stark difference in both the tone and handwriting of the
letters has raised many doubts regarding this already mysterious suicide
case.
In his bail plea, Suraj
Pancholi's lawyer has mentioned Rabiya Khan wants to take revenge from
Suraj Pancholi as she blames Suraj for Jiah's untimely death. Is that
the reason why Rabiya Khan is exaggerating on Suraj and Jiah's normal
quarrels?
The handwriting
difference in both the letters has made us re asses the situation. Many
points including the delay in stumbling upon the suicide note after two
days of Jiah's death has raised doubts.
While Jiah's love
letters to Suraj have extremely slanting, consistent, running hand
alphabets, the suicide note has upright, inconsistent alphabets.
The sucide note's
handwriting bears a resemblance to Jiah Khan's mom Rabiyah Khan's
handwriting more than the handwriting in Suraj Pancholi's love letter.
In the love letter Jiah Khan has called Suraj her saviour, an angle and the most beautiful human being in her life.
Suraj's bail plea
reasons, "The main evidence against my client is the only six-page
letter which the police claim is written by Jiah. But how can Jiah write
a six-page letter before she decides to commit suicide. Further, the
police say that the letter was addressed to Suraj, but the letter no
where mentions Suraj's name. Also the letter does not have a signature,
thus there is no authenticity and author to the alleged letter. Hence,
the alleged letter cannot be taken as gospel truth and that the
complainant is allegedly misusing the letter as she has no case
whatsoever and only taking out revenge for the reasons best known to
her. She wants to destroy the career and reputation of my client."
