Ranbir’s bad habit has landed him in trouble many a times. Apparently Prakash Jha had a tough time with Ranbir during the shooting of Rajneeti because of Ranbir’s smoking breaks in between shots.
The Greek god of Bollywood, Hrithik Roshan was no exception to the charms of a cigarette as he too was once addicted. But soon after Hrithik picked up the nasty habit of smoking, he wanted to quit and he did, with the help of a book!
Have a look at how Hrithik could help Ranbir:
In an interview, he said
“I wanted to give up smoking. I tried quitting five times before and
failed. I tried nicotine patches and other methods, but nothing worked. I
wanted to kick the habit so I began researching how to. I spoke to
people who had quit, went online and read articles, saw testimonials of
people on YouTube... I kept checking, and then finally I came across
this book Alan Carr's Easy Way To Stop Smoking, I ordered that book and
the day I finished the book was the day I smoked my last ciggie.”
Ranbir had vowed to kick
the butt but hasn’t been able to do so lately. In an interview to a
leading English daily, Ranbir revealed that he needs to be fitter to
play his favourite game football.
“I don’t play it often. If I get the chance I will, but I’m not that fit anymore. I also smoke cigarettes and meriumarab 30 ki ho gayi hai,” he added.
When he was asked about quitting the habit, he joked “I guess I am a weak character!” He concluded by saying that he doesn’t have the will power now but one day he will quit smoking.

May be Hrithik should offer a copy of the book to Ranbir Kapoor.
