Veteran and the Still-Most-Gorgeous actress Rekha is all set to play the role of Grandmother in Indra Kumar's next film which is tentatively titled 'Super Nani'. The film also has Indra Kumar's daughter Shweta Kumar making her debut along with Sharman Joshi and Randhir Kapoor.
Speaking about Rekha, Indra Kumar said "The first person that came to my mind was Rekhaji. When I narrated the script to her, she agreed immediately. My film is about women empowerment and she has always projected that image.
She had no reservations about playing a grandmother because her role is a lot of fun. I'm hoping to learn a thing or two from her. It is great fun working with Sharman as well." The first schedule of the movie went on floors on December 12 and will be completed with a two-month schedule in Mumbai.
Adding some more brief about the film, Producer Ashok Thackeria said "The film is a family entertainer. It will touch you, heal you and leave you feeling good. It is all about the respect and power of women." The film is about a grandson played by Sharman Joshi inspiring his grandmother to do something worthwhile in life.
