Ex-couple Ranveer, Anushka are friends now

Ranveer Singh and actress Anushka Sharma are no more at loggerheads with each other. They give lot of food for fodder to the media with their frequently changing opinion about each other. Anyway, the complicated status of their love-hate relationship has been the most interesting piece of gossip from Bollywood. The pair shared the screen in their debut movie, ‘Band Baaja Baaraat’ in 2010. Since then there were news of the alleged romance of the couple. In the last three years the couple has come closer and separated a number of times.

Last time they separated, Anushka tried every bit to maintain a distance with Ranveer. At a Filmfare Awards Nomination event, Anushka was seen avoiding Ranveer. An onlooker said, "Anushka and Ranveer's cars arrived at the same time. As she realized her ex-boyfriend was there, she refused to exit her car. She only came out when Ranveer had finished his media bytes and entered the event arena." The actress went to the extent of sending his man to check if Ranveer was seen around. Only when she got a confirmation that he was not around, she stepped out of her car. According to a source, "Anushka maintained a safe distance from Ranveer throughout. Considering that Deepika Padukone, who has been linked to him lately, was also there she made sure there were no awkward bump-ins."
However, the scenario has changed and guess what? Their patch up has been initiated by actor Arjun Kapoor who is said to be dating Anushka.
At a special screening of the movie ‘Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani’ organized by Karan Johar, actor Arjun Kapoor helped break the ice between Ranveer and Anushka.  After an awkward silence from both the sides, few pleasantries were exchanged and they warmed up to each other. Ranveer is a ‘gym buddy’ of Arjun Kapoor. When asked about this, Arjun confirmed, "Yes, we do work out together but we don't throw dumbbells at each other!" Great sense of humor Arjun!
Anushka however states that she never shares acrimony with her co-stars. When we asked her about this, she replied, “I share a great relationship with all my co-stars and colleagues. Be it Ranveer, Arjun, Deepika, Imran, Katrina, Shahid or Shah Rukh. At the screening, I greeted all my friends, enjoyed the film and congratulated all the concerned parties as always. I have been very busy and want to focus on my work.”
The other two actors, Arjun and Ranveer were not available for comment
