Kareena Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan missing from Priyanka Chopra's dad's funeral

Priyanka Chopra's dad's funeral was attended by the who's who in Bollywood. However, two very prominent faces of B-wood were missing from the crowd - Kareena Kapoor and hubby Saif Ali Khan. Kareena who once was Pee Cee BFF in B-town failed to make an appearance at Priyanka's time of need.

Priyanka Chopra, whose father died of cancer in Mumbai's Kokilaben Hospital on Monday, June 10, was visited by most of her Bollywood friends. Even Deepika Padukone, who's also a rival, attended her father's cremation ceremony and hugged PC tightly to console the sobbing actress.

Shah Rukh Khan, Karan Johar, Manish Malhotra, Ranveer Singh, Hrithik Roshan, Rakesh Roshan, Madhur Bhandarkar, Uday Chopra - all of them were with PC yesterday.

However, Kareena Kapoor later made up for her absence by attending Priyanka Chopra's dad's chautha but saif Ali Khan was still missing from both the events.

If Bebo wasn't there, it might be that she's out of town. But it's quite a coincidence that even Saif was not present at the funeral.

Old rivalry between Kareena and Priyanka, it seems, has not gone with the wind.

The two were already professionaly at par - what with both of them vying for the same A-list films.

Then came Shah Rukh Khan - both like them, he likes both.

  

And both wanted to act in his films.

  

So, SRK chose one for acting in the film, another one for a special appearance - like in Ra.One - leading to a more intense rivalry
  

And the competition was getting tougher, what with the two hell bent to lose weight, get more toned, change their looks simultaneously
  

Then, major twist in Kareena Kapoor's ex-flame further worsened it

At Koffee With Karan - the two spoke against each other uncontrollably

  

Reasons being - Jealousy over Shahid, combined with other things

  

It didn't end at the show

  

The two began to bitch about each other - publicly at that

  

Though they would still talk to each other when seen together in public

  

To avoid unnecessary media attention and controversies

  

But recently, the two haven't been spotted together

  

Bebo has also kept Saif away from her. When was the last time Saif and PC did a film together? You don't remember, right?

  

She's succeeded in keeping her present beau away from PC. As she couldn't keep her ex-flame Shahid away from her.

  

But Kareena, for such a situation, you could have kept all the differences behind.
