Revealed: Hrithik Roshan's special diet for ‘Krrish 3’

Hrithik Roshan is undoubtedly one of the finest actors of Bollywood. Be it his acting, his dancing, his looks, his physique, his dedication, he is ten on ten. He has worked hard to maintain his six-pack abs and chiseled looks. Recently he did shooting for ‘Krrish 3’ and on the sets of this movie he munched on a secret cookie which helped him provide the necessary strength and stamina required for the acting. Also this cookie kept his cravings for sugar at bay. It kept him full and satisfied.
His diet consultant, Marika Johansson invented these cookies especially for him looking at his requirements of high protein diet and low carb diet. Marika has shared the recipe for the “secret protein cookies” that Hrithik consumed during shoots. Now his whole family enjoys this cookie.
Follows the recipe:
Protein Muffins
Ingredients:

(Bowl 1 ingredients):
White of 3 eggs
Puree or pulp of 4 figs
Yogurt preferably, Probiotic – 1 tablespoon

(Bowl 2 ingredients):
Oats flakes – 40grams
Ground oats – 40grams
Sugarfree/Stevia – 1 tea cup
Quinoa – 20grams (one can also use soya or oats flour)
Protein powder – 5 scoops (chocolate flavor)
10 Pieces of walnuts
Ground almonds – 20grams
Flaxseeds – 1 tea spoon
Cinnamon powder – 1 tea spoon
Baking powder – 1 tea spoon
Cooking oil in a sprayer
Cocoa powder (by choice)
Method:
In a bowl, first put all the ‘bowl 1 ingredients’ mentioned above and mix them well. In another bowl, take ‘bowl 2 ingredients’ and mix them well with the help of a blender. Vegetarians can add a spoonful of probiotic yoghurt instead of eggs.
Now transfer the contents of bowl 2 to the contents of bowl 1. Mix all the ingredients to a soft batter which should be neither too dry nor too wet. If the batter appears dry, add a spoon or two of water to make the batter smooth. Make evenly sized flat balls from the batter.
Now take a baking dish or tray and pour very little oil in order to grease the tray. Put the flat cookies on the tray and put a little oil with sprayer on top of cookies so that they are perfectly greased. Put the tray in the oven at 200 to 230 degrees Celsius for approximately 10 minutes. Check them once after 7-8 minutes to check if they are getting cooked evenly. If they appear cooked, take the tray out of the oven. The cookies are baked. They can be stored in fridge for a 3-4 days and each time 1-2 pieces of the cookies can be consumed as a whole meal.
