Police has taken Sooraj Pancholi, son of Aditya Pancholi
Aditya Pancholi and Zarina Wahab under custody after the
six page suicide note was discovered from Jiah’s room. The letter
clearly signifies
Jiah was heartbroken and shattered after Sooraj cut all ties from her.
Her mother
Rabiya Khan revealed to the police that her daughter Jiah was in a live
in
relationship with Sooraj for a year. Police
arrested Sooraj for allegedly abetting her suicide. Rabiya Khan also
revealed that Sooraj tortured her daughter physically and mentally.
"Rabiya also told us Jiah was completely shattered when Suraj sent her a 'break-up' bouquet. This was one of the reasons behind the young actress' extreme step. Suraj had promised to marry Jiah," the officer said.
However, police has not found any evidence of Aditya Pancholi in this entire affair. Police is now looking for the hospital in which Jiah aborted her child. As Jiah Khan has mentioned the word ‘rape’, police will slap sexual assault charge against the accused.
Meanwhile, Rabiya tweeted "my daughter had bruises on her jaw. She was hit badly that pushed her to the end path. I wish I was there. How dare he (Suraj) hit her!"
Sooraj has been booked under IPC Section 306 (abetment of suicide). His domestic help would again be called for recording of statement to confirm the evidence gathered by the police in Jiah Khan’s suicide case.
Jiah Khan committed suicide at her residence on June 5th when her mother and sisters went out. She hanged herself to the ceiling fan of her room. At first, it was assessed that the actress committed suicide for failing career and troubled love affair but now all the evidence is pointing towards her boyfriend Sooraj Pancholi who betrayed her in love and left her alone.
