Sunny Leone makes debut as an item girl

Indo-Canadian porn star Sunny Leone has bagged her first item song in Bollywood. Director Sanjay Gupta has roped her to so some latkas and jhatkas in his upcoming movie, ‘Shootout At Wadala’. Sunny will be trained by ace choreographer Ahmed Khan. After venturing into Bollywood, Sunny Leone is taking training to speak polished Hindi and she is also undertaking dance classes.
A source informs, “It was Gupta’s idea to get Sunny to do the item song and Ahmed is the new hot favourite.” For the song, Sunny Leone will don adesi avatar with skimpy choli and short colorful ghagra. She will the one female dancing with 50 others male dancers. Ahmed Khan confirmed Sunny’s presence in the song and said that she is an obedient student and since it is her first item song, it will be interesting to see her latkas and jhatkas.
Sunny is not the only girl debuting as an item girl with ‘Shootout At Wadala’, another most promising star Priyanka Chopra is gearing up for her first item song ‘Babli Badmaash Hai’. Sanjay Gupta confirmed the news saying,"So PRIYANKA CHOPRA it is guys! She will be performing our Smashing Retro Chart Buster - BABLI BADMAASH HAI, composed by Anu Malik." The song has The song will be a tribute to Sanjay Gupta’s two favorite persons, Feroz Khan and RD Burman. “Feroz Khan and RD Burman are two people I wanted to work with in my career and this song is an ode to them. Probably if they worked together the result would’ve been this song”.
When Sanjay Gupta was asked as why he chose only Priyanka Chopra for the song, he replied, “If there was someone who I thought could recreate the magic of Zeenat Aman or Parveen Babi, then it could only have been Priyanka.” However, convincing Priyanka to do an item song was not easy. “It has taken a lot of time for her to agree to it. I even showed her some parts of the film. She has agreed to do the song with the caveat that the lyrics won’t be objectionable or have double meaning. I told her that she doesn’t need to worry about that”.
‘Shootout At Wadala’ stars John Abraham, Anil Kapoor, Kangana Ranaut, Manoj Bajpai and Tusshar Kapoor in the lead. The movie is slated to release on May 1^st.
