Beforehand of Valentine Day’s, Twinkle Khanna has gifted her husband a valuable Valentine’s Day gift. For the first time ever in his long filmy career, Akshay Kumar gets standing ovation from his wife Twinkle. Twinkle was so enthralled with Akki’s performance in ‘Special 26’ that she can’t resist her to give her husband a standing ovation.
A source says, “As usual, he recently held a special screening for Twinkle. After watching the show, the actress-turned-interior designer couldn’t have been prouder of her hubby.”
“It was a first in our 12 years together as a married couple, Needless to add, I’m more than just happy about it,” gushes the actor-producer.
Interestingly, when the role was offered to Akshay, he wasn’t much interested in the project.
The actor says, “As an actor, you always want to do something new and I’m extremely glad that the film is receiving good response. This film deserves every bit of it.”
Akshay Kumar has arranged a special screening for his wife and watching the film Twinkle got emotional and she stood up and clapped for her hubby.
Akshay has also sung a love song for the film, Mujh Mein Tu, which he dedicated to his wife at the music launch of Special 26 to mark their 12th wedding anniversary.
‘Special 26’ was directed by Neeraj Pandey and it stars Anupam Kher, Manoj Bajpai and Kajal Agarwal and Akshay Kumar.
