The official trailer of Bipasha Basu-Nawazuddin Siddiqui starrer ‘Aatma’ was released on Monday. Directed by Suparn Verma, the story is about a single mother whose husband passed away but her dead husband haunts her and her daughter in order to get their daughter.
The trailer shows Bipasha enjoying her life with her daughter but her beautiful life was made hell by her won dead husband who tries to snatch away their daughter from his wife. Her own daughter revolts against her as she was influenced by her ghostly father.
This is not the first time Bipasha is acting in any horror movie. She has acted in suspense movies like 'Raaz', 'Raaz 3', 'Darna Zaroori Hai' and 'Rakht'.
Bipasha Basu told the reporters: “I have become the face of fear. I don't mind being a trend setter… Horror is a genre of entertainment and if it has the interest of producers and the audience, then why not.”
Bipasha Basu also posted an image from the event on Twitter and wrote: “At the #Aatma trailer launch with my sweetest costar ever Baby Doyel!”
The first poster of Aatma’ shows Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Bipasha Basu lying on bed with their little daughter in the middle. There is a fear on Bips’s face while Nawazuddin Siddiqui is looking to the camera and giving a deadly driven smile.
Nawazuddin has played lead roles in hit films like 'Talaash', 'Gangs of Wasseypur' and 'Ka
‘Aatma’ is being produced by Kumar Mangat Pathak and Abhishek Pathak and the movie slated to release on March 22
