Chak De girl's next film goes to the 13th New York Indian Film Festival

Chak De girl  Shilpa Shukla's next erotic human drama B.A.Pass is nominated at the 13th New York Indian Film Festival. Apart from B.A. Pass, Shahid, Dekh Indian Circus and Miss Lovely will also be screened at the festival which aims at celebrating independent, art house, alternate films from and about the Indian subcontinent.
The film is an adaptation of Mohan Sikka's 'The Railway Aunty' has won awards and accolades at various prestigious National and International film festivals. Ajay Bahl, the debutant director-cinematographer-producer is proud to have another feather added in his cap.   "Our film had been nominated in the not just one but four categories-best director, best film, best actor and best screenplay at the New York Festival. Ït is indeed a great moment for us" he beams.
The film starring Shilpa Shukla, Rajesh Sharma (of Ishqiya, No One Killed Jessica, Dirty picture fame) Dibyendu Bhattacharya (of Black Frida and Dev D fame) is releasing this summer.
