, Katrina Kaif and Ranbir Kapoor seem set to prove it. Deepika is the ex girlfriend of this Bollywood Casanova while Katrina is (probably) the current one. Shah Rukh Khan himself had to charter two separate planes to flow these Bolly beauties to Kolkata for the opening ceremony of the IPL matches separately. Ranbir had been with Deepika since he proposed to her on the night of the Filmfare awards. But trouble started brewing in paradise when the actor got a little too friendly with Katrina Kaif on the sets of Rajkumar Santoshi’s ‘Ajab Prem ki Ghazab Kahani’. A source reported, "Deepika Padukone had got the news from her sources about Ranbir's growing comfort level with Katrina on and off the sets of Rajkumar Santoshi's Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahini during the two month shooting schedule in Ooty. Deepika got very insecure when her sources from the sets of the same film told about what was happening between the two in the Goa schedule."
He further added, "It is learnt that during the Goa shoot both Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif appeared more than comfortable with each other than before, even in front of the unit members on the sets. Deepika Padukone went to Goa straightaway after hearing from her source. During her one day trip she met her source and came back to Mumbai."
This led to a fight between Ranbir and Deepika. Since then, she has started avoiding his calls. Meanwhile, Katrina described Ranbir as “A very witty co-star and fun to be with on sets.” Katrina seems to be in the mood for being friendly with her male co stars and has even started bonding with John Abraham in the upcoming project of Yashraj Films “New York”. But, her friendship with Ranbir probably goes a bit deeper. Ranbir’s white Audi was being seen regularly at Katrina’s house but recently, the two dined at Krishna Kunj – the Kapoor residence where they stayed till 8 in the morning.
In the meantime, Deepika justified her comments about Ranbir on Karan Johar’s show saying that they were deliberately provocative because otherwise the show would be very boring. "It was tongue in cheek. Everyone knows how Karan's shows are." she had said that she would like to gift a pack of contraceptives to Ranbir Kapoor and would like to see Katrina’s passport.
