It has been reported that veteran actress Zeenat Aman will tie the knot at the age of 60 to a 36-year-old businessman. Now we bring to you the details of the groom-to-be. His name is Sarfaraz Ahmed. Sarfaraz is a Pune based businessman and he is Shiv Sena member.
Sarfaraz Ahmed owns a flat in Bandra in Mumbai and the couple has been living together for the past six months. It is not yet known whether it is Sarfaraz Ahmed’s first marriage or not but Zeenat was earlier married to filmmaker Mazhar Khan from whom she has two sons Azaan (26) and Zahaan (23) and later she got divorced.
"They told me, 'go unwind, and be happy,'" she says. Before she married actor Mazhar Khan, Zeenat was in a riotous relationship with actor Sanjay Khan. Mazhar Khan passed away in 1998.
Zeenat made public about her relationship with Sarfaraz Ahmed without mentioning his name.
“I have met someone and he's become a significant part of my life, but I don't want to discuss it any further. He is from India, and we are planning to marry. I am in a much happier space today. I feel I am young again”, Zeenat speaks her heart out about her man.
Zeenat Aman was one of the reigning actresses of Bollywood in the 70’s. She was a sex symbol of her times and paired many films opposite Dev Anand. ‘Hare Rama Hare Krishna’ Heera Panna, Ishq Ishq Ishq, Prem Shastra, Warrant, Darling Darling and Kalabaaz are the movies she played a pivotal role.
She also acted in ‘Yaadon Ki Baaraat’ (1973), ‘Don’ (1978), Satyam Shivam Sundaram (1978) and ‘The Great Gambler’ (1979).
However, the veteran actress denied about her marriage rumor. She said she is in love but she is not getting married and if something happens she will inform the media. She is completely disappointed with news of her wedding doing the rounds. She said she is upset with the rumor.
