Katrina, Priyanka to perform at IPL opening ceremony

The VI season of Indian premiere league is going to kick start from April 2^nd and Shahrukh Khan
’s Red Chillies Entertainment will organize the opening ceremony at the Salt Lake stadium in Kolkata on April 2^nd. The attraction of the event will be the performance by Bollywood topnotch actresses like Katrina Kaif and Priyanka Chopra

. Both the actresses agreed to shake a leg for Shahrukh Khan. Kolkata Knight Riders owner and superstar Shahrukh Khan is geared up for the opening ceremony, confirms sports Minister Madan Mitra today. KKR defeated Delhi Daredevils in the final last year. Minister Madan Mitra said that there is no problem organizing the event at Salt Lake stadium as were no matches scheduled before and after the programme.
Shahrukh Khan’s production company Red Chillies Entertainment has been signed to organize the opening ceremony of the IPL 6.
"We are delighted to have tied up with Red Chillies Entertainments Pvt Ltd, which has a proven track record of organising and executing events on a grand scale," IPL Chairman Rajeev Shukla said.
"The Opening Ceremony of the Pepsi IPL 2013 will be one of the most spectacular events ever witnessed, in keeping with what will follow in the tournament itself, over the following seven weeks," he said
The Pepsi IPL 2013 will start on April 2  and end on May 26.
