Priyanka rocks in the item song 'Babli Badmaash'

This time around piggy chops is all set to light up literally. She has done lot of things but this is something new for her too. Priyanka is doing an item number in the film ‘Shootout At Wadala’. In this movie she is going to wear a dress fitted with LED or Light Emitting Diodes that are going to light up while she is doing her dance moves. This sequence rings a bell, reminds us of the memorable performance that legendary Amitabh Bachchan put up in the movie ‘Yaarana’ (in the year 1981). In those days he wore a black outfit covered with bulbs to create a stunning look.
Renowned dress designer Manish Malhotra is creating the dress for Priyanka Chopra. It is to be made from rubber and leather that will closely resemble the slinky gowns made popular by the yester year actress Zeenat Aman. The lighting is also supposed to highlight the sensual curves of the beautiful lady as well.
Priyanka is visibly excited about her performance and can hardly wait to get the audience’s reaction. Speaking about this, piggy chops said, "I had a blast shooting for it. I love the track and I'm excited to work with Ekta, Sanjay, Ahmed, Anu sir and the rest of the team."
The director of the movie, Sanjay Gupta was all praises for the performance of the actress and stated, "Priyanka has rocked Babli Badmaash. Her enthusiasm is unlike that of any other actress I've worked with."
‘Babli Badmaash’ is the song in which Priyanka has done this item number. The song is created to catch the exerbutant energy of the 80s. The retro track is composed by Anu Malik and sung by Sunidhi Chahuhan, while the lyrics of the song have been written by Kumaar. Ahmed Khan has choreographed the dance for the song and has worked with Priyanka.
The movie has been co produced by Ekta Kapoor’s Balaji Motion Pictures and the house of White Feather Films. Ekta Kapoor talking about Priyanka said, "Priyanka's first association with Balaji had to be special. We went through numerous tracks before finalizing on what we all felt was a winner. Priyanka has taken it to a new level and will become synonymous with Babli."
The movie is all set to release on 1^st May this year and we can hardly wait to catch a glimpse of Priyanka in the new attire.
