Arjun Kapoor has worked with his new co- star Priyanka Chopra once before ” as her Salaam-e-Ishq director's AD!
It's been a giant leap for Arjun Kapoor from being an assistant director to a full-fledged actor.
Incidentally Arjun, who stars opposite Priyanka Chopra in his next, used to address the actress as Priyanka madam in Salaam-e-Ishq, where he was director Nikhil Advani's AD.
A source from the sets says, `Priyanka was playing the lead in one of the stories in Salaam-e-Ishq. Arjun used to explain her scenes to PC and used to call her madam. And now he is her co-star.
Arjun can't believe he has been signed opposite her and has already started shooting for the film.`
Incidentally, the Chopra connection refuses to die down for Arjun as he made his big screen debut opposite PC's cousin Parineeti Chopra.
Says Arjun, `I guess it's destiny that the Chopra surname has been beautifully intertwined with me at such a nascent stage in my career. I hope it continues for years to come.`
