Shahrukh Khan's ‘Om Shanti Om’ set to release in Japan

and Deepika Padukone starrer ‘Om Shanti Om’ is all set to release in Japan on March 16th. Directed by Farah Khan, the film is ready to release across 15 screens in Japan which will turn out to be one of the biggest ever release of an Indian film in Japan. The film is subtitled in Japan and it is named ‘Koi Suru Rinne Om Shanti Om’, "Koi Suru" stands for to fall in love and "Rinne" is reincarnation. The film will see the light of the day in Japan six years after it was released in Japan. Director Farah Khan is expected to attend the grand premiere in Tokyo, Japan.
Yashraj has also planned to release Shahrukh's "Jab Tak Hai" Jaan later this year in Japan.
Speaking on the announcement, Kumar Ahuja, senior VP, business development, Eros International said: "Shah Rukh Khan enjoys cult fan following overseas, including in Japan and the fabulous showcasing planned for the film there reasserts his global appeal. We are constantly looking at opening new markets for Bollywood films worldwide and are confident "Om Shanti Om" will be very well received on its release in Japan".
Recently, Salman Khan’s ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ was released in Japan and director Kabir Khan was there to grace the grand premiere.
