Bollywood actor Sharman Joshi turned 34 years on Sunday.
At the onset of his career, he has worked on various stage productions in English, Hindi, Marathi and Gujarati languages.
He made his debut as a co-lead actor in the Hindi film 'Style' in 2001.
Thereafter, he went on to deliver a string of supporting role performances in films including ' Rang De Basanti' (2006), 'Golmaal' (2006), 'Life in a... Metro' (2007) and '3 Idiots' (2009).
All of these performances got him noticed for his acting skills.
He was recently seen in the film 'Ferrari Ki Sawaari', where he played a lead role. This film has also won him lot of critical acclaim.
He has been noted for his free and naturalistic style of acting. His performances are praised as being uninhibited and extremely heartfelt.
The actor has won the IIFA Best Supporting Actor Award for his performance in '3 Idiots'.
Besides film, he also hosted a game show at Real T.V. called PokerFace: Dil Sachcha Chehra Jhootha, which was based on a British game show called PokerFace.
The actor will be seen next in 'Super Nani' and '3 Days 4 Nights In Bihar'.
