Krishna Raj Kapoor admitted to hospital

The first lady of Indian cinema and the grandmother of Kareena Kapoor

and Ranbir Kapoor, 83 year old Krishna Raj Kapoor was admitted to South Mumbai hospital last week after she complained of weakness.  According to an insider, Krishna Raj Kapoor suddenly felt low after she heard the news of her daughter Ritu Nanda’s health condition. Ritu Nanda was diagnosed with cancer and she is in declining condition. Hospital authorities confirmed the news saying, "She was brought in on March 25 and is under observation. She will be discharged tomorrow (April 1)."
Ritu Nanda is Shweta Nanda’s mother in law and she was diagnosed with cancer last year. He has been undergoing treatment in the US, she recovered but recently, she had cancer relapse. Krishna Raj Kapoor could not stand the news and it took a toll on her health. Ritu Nanda is currently undergoing treatment in the US. Randhir Kapoor, Ritu’s elder brother is shuffling between his sick mother and sister in the US. He is giving company to both of them.
The Bachchans and the Kapoors are praying for the quick recovery of both the strong women as they are the pillar of strength to their families.
