He recently participated in a race and stood second.
A source says, `Randeep has just wrapped up shooting for Imtiaz Ali's film with Alia Bhatt. He had time on hand to practice riding. He participated in the Amateur Riders Club's Championships a couple of days back. `
Every year the club organises the race at at the Mahalaxmi race course. Randeep took part in it with two of his horses -- Johnny Walker and Simply Supreme. Adds the source, `It was a two-day event and he was present on both the days. `
