Sajid Nadiadwala avoids clash with Yash Raj Films

Sajid Nadiadwala has decided to push the date of his Tiger Shroff release ‘Heropanti’. The reason being he doesn't want the film to clash with the Yash Raj Film’s release ‘Gunday’ starring Priyanka Chopra, Arjun Kapoor and Ranvir Singh. A few weeks ago Nadiadwala announced his film would release on February 14, 2014.
However, sources reveal that after YRF announced a Valentine's Day release for ‘Gunday’, Nadiadwala changed his mind on the release. A source says, "Sajid spoke to Aditya Chopra and felt that it wouldn't benefit either of their films. He wants to change the date of ‘Heropanti’ so it doesn't clash with ‘Gunday’."
Both ‘Gunday’ and ‘Heropanti’ are big banner films and a clash would only bring the producers at loggerheads like it has previously with other biggies of Bollywood. Undoubtedly a wise move made by Mr. Nadiadwala.
