He has done it yet again! Nothing seems impossible for Superstar Rajnikanth. Revealing the new still of the much awaited ‘Kochadaiyaan’ where the superstar is playing a double role.
It is a Tamil period film which will see playing the lead ‘Kochadaiyaan’ and his son Rana. "'Kochadaiyaan' is the name of Lord Shiva.’Ko' means king, and the word means 'king with long, curly chada mudi (mane)'. Buzz is also that the films trailer will be unveiled by Rajnikanth himself at the Cannes Film Festival alongwith Amitabh Bachchan who will be representing his first Hollywood film, ‘The Great Gatsby in Cannes.’
The rest of the cast includes R Sarath kumar, Deepika Padukone, Nassar, Jackie Shroff, Aadhi, Shobana, Rukmini and others. Kochadaiyaan is Asia’s first performance capturing film using the technology only previously used in Avataar and Tin Tin. The stills from epic 3D drama show the 62-year-old actor with breathtaking washboard abs. Directed by his daughter Soundarya, the film, which is expected to release in July.
