Bachchans celebrate Aaradhya’s birthday

What got great attention from the media was Aishwarya’s pregnancy that was declared by Amitabh Bachchan on twitter. Since then, the media glare has not shifted from her.
She received flak for being over-weight and taking a lot of time to shed her extra kilos. Then her act of covering up her daughter Aaradhya’s face was also not appreciated much by the media. She had been fiercely guarding her, however, later on the media had managed to click her pictures at certain occasions. Recently, Aishwarya was also felicitated by the French Government.
This year also saw Amitabh Bachchan’s 70^th birthday being celebrated in a grand and luxurious way by inviting all the members of the film industry. Now with Aaradhya turning one year old, it can be guessed that the family must be planning a party.
Speculations regarding this development state that the family is, very much like Ajay Devgn and Kajol, heading for Goa. It has been declared, that apparently the Bachchan family had celebrated her birthday in full force yesterday in Goa.
A source close to the family informed “Abhi and Ash did not want Aaradhya’s birthday to become a media event. So they decided to go out of town for the big day.”
It is reported that it was Abhishek who booked a chartered plane, to make sure that the entire family flies to Goa together. Abhishek’s sister Shweta’s family too was invited for the occasion and they too flew down.
The source added, “The family is staying at a luxury hotel. The celebration will be a very small affair and all the attention will be on Aaradhya.”
When Aishwarya was asked about Aaradhya’s birthday previously, and their plans of celebrating it, she said “You know time just flies by and now she would be turning a year old. For her birthday we plan to keep it a private ...family affair. It will be just the family including my parents”.
Abhishek too said that a child’s birthday is very special for a mother. He was quoted as saying “I think first birthday is special for the baby's mother. They (mother) spend so much time with them and take care of them.”
Even on Aaradhya’s first festive occasion, that is, Diwali, it was kept very simple and therefore her birthday celebration too will be very private. Aishwarya said, “For Aaradhya’s first Diwali, we had both friends and family at our place but for her first birthday…. It will be with family and my parents.”
