Amy Jackson turns 22 today. The British model-actress will have a working birthday in Jaipur where she is shooting for a Tamil film opposite South star Vikram
Her father Alan Jackson, however, is flying down from Liverpool to be with his daughter on her big day.
Says a unit source, `A song sequence is being shot with choreographers Bosco and Caesar. The film's music has been scored by A R Rahman and Amy had to undertake Indian classical dance lessons as preparation for the track's shoot.`
Adds the source, `The unit folk will have a small cake cutting celebration on the sets after which they will continue with the shoot.` As filmmaker Shankar has a penchant for shooting at well-known places all over the globe, Jaipur is on his list due to its fortress landscape.
Amy, who made her B-Town debut last year with Prateik in Ekk Deewana Tha (with whom she was also linked), has been concentrating on her South projects for the past few months. Late last year Shankar's film also had a two-month schedule in China. The source further adds, `After the Tamil film shoot wraps up, she will be back in Mumbai to pursue her B-Town aspirations.`
