Anita Advani files new case against Dimple

Anita Advani has been a known name now. Her tryst with the Khanna family following the death of the late superstar has made a national news. After Rajesh Khanna’s death, Anita Advani, Khanna’s live in partner filed a case against Rajesh’s separated wife Dimple Kapadia, his son-in-law and actor Akshay Kumar and his two daughters Twinkle and Rinki Khanna.
Anita filed a complaint, last year in Bandra court under the Domestic Violence Act in which she claimed maintenance and share of Rajesh Khanna’s property. She also claimed Rajesh Khanna’s bungalow ‘Aashirwad’ following which the court issued summons to Dimple Kapadia and other family members. Khanna’s family moved to Bombay High court and the hearing of the case is on February 6th.
Before the first proceeding, Anita had filed a fresh complaint in Bandra court where she alleges that she was thrown out of Khanna’s bungalow on Carter Road after his death by his family members. She also said that his family had forcibly got his signature in some important documents when he was very sick and unable to give his signature.
Advani's lawyer Manohar Shetty said that his client has audio and video proof of the incidents which they will show in the court.
Dimple’s magistrate argued that all the charges by Anita Advani is ‘baseless’ and ‘unreasonable’.
Metropolitan Magistrate S S Deshpande issued February 14 for the next date of hearing.
Anita said that she has moved to the court as police did not take action on her complaint on the offenses
