Kareena’s yoga secrets include performing Bikram yoga and hot yoga
(performing yoga in a hot room). She indulges in yoga for one to two
hours and her routine consists of – Surya Namaskar, Virabhadra,
Parvatsana, Bhujangasana, and Naukasana.
To tone his physique, Saif does some kick boxing and skipping. Saif’s
personal trainer is Ziabuddin Khatib from the Indian Kick Boxing
Association. He has many a times said that Saif is one of the fittest
actors in Bollywood.
