Sooraj Pancholi to begin 'Hero' shooting in November

Twenty two years old aspiring actor Sooraj Pancholi went through a lot after he was accused of abetting actress Jiah Khan to suicide. He was remanded to police custody for nearly 21 days. It was on 2nd July that this aspiring actor got bail from High Court on the surety of Rs. Fifty thousand. His passport has been deposited at the police station.
Now Sooraj has got back home and is keeping a low profile. All he wants to do is to focus on his film career. He has resumed his gym routine and is working on his fitness.
A close friend told, “Sooraj is in no mood to party or socialize. He is keeping a low profile. He has started his gym sessions and is extremely focused on his film career at the moment. His shoot is slated to begin in November and he wants to give all his time for its preparation.”
Actress and mother of Sooraj, Zarina Wahab said, “Sooraj was always a quiet kid. And now, after what he has gone through, he has become even quieter. What can you expect after such a young boy goes though such an ordeal.”
Meanwhile Sooraj has left for Hyderabad with his father and actor Aditya Pancholi in order to meet Salman Khan. Salman Khan had called Sooraj to have a discussion regarding Sooraj’s debut in Bollywood. Salman wants to co-produce remake of 1983 released movie ‘Hero’. Subhas Ghai will direct the movie. Sooraj Pancholi and Athiya, daughter of Suneil Shetty will play the lead roles.
Aditya is playing a role in Salman Khan’s ‘Mental’. Currently Salman Khan is busy in Hyderabad with the shooting of this movie. Zarina did not reveal much about her son’s debut with Salman’s co produced movie. She said, “Aditya is acting in Mental, so he has gone to Hyderabad for the shoot. And Sooraj has accompanied him.” She further added, “I feel it’s too early to talk about anything. We aren’t even thinking about those things. Sooraj and my husband are in touch with Salman. So let him (Salman) only take the final call. Don’t forget that my son has just come back after spending 20-21 days in jail.”
Most probably Salman will announce the remake of ‘Hero’ in a week’s time. From now onwards, Sooraj’s film career will be handled by Salman Khan’s business management firm ‘Matrix’. This firm also manages films of other stars like Madhuri Dixit and Katrina Kaif.
